Halloween X-Ray Magnets

You want to know what the boy's newest obsession is?
Magnets...
Yep... he thinks they are the bees knees basically. Something about how they stick to things you know? He absolutely loves them!

So I made these little things the other day for him to stick to every magnetic surface in my house. They're the most Halloween decorations (other than the Monster Rocks all over the floor) I have up in my house currently because of the whole moving across country thing. Oh and the random pumpkin Christopher insisted on getting at the store the other day... you know... he just loved that stem and how it made a perfect little handle.

They were super super simple but I love how they are subtly Halloween... not in your face Halloween. Kind of fun right?

And now to make them yourself!

Supplies
Flat Glass Marbles
Mod Podge
Paint Brush
Scissors
Magnets
Glue
X-Ray Images (I downloaded mine here. It was actually a desktop background that I shrunk down and printed in black and white. You can also download some images here for free as long as you give credit to the website if you use them publicly.)

Instructions
Decide what part of the images you want to use, position the marbles, and trace around the marbles so you can cut the images out.

Be sure when you cut the image out to cut it a little smaller than what was traced so it fits on the underside of the marble.

Grab your Mod Podge and brush a light thin layer on the flat portion of the marble. Put your image face down onto the marble and brush another layer of Mod Podge onto the back of the image so it sticks to the marble.

Once everything has dried, grab your glue (whatever your favorite kind is!) and glue the magnet onto the back.

And.... you're done!! Easy peasy I tell you!

Enjoy those little beauties. Let those kiddos have a blast!
